  29. Download the uuencoded file and extract using SparkPlug 2 (see the "tools_help"
  30. file in arch/riscos/tools for further info).

  33. Description:

  35. ArcJPEG provides a desktop front-end for the fourth release of the Independent
  36. JPEG Group's free JPEG software, the command-line programs "cjpeg" and "djpeg",
  37. which implement JPEG image compression and decompression.  It will convert JPEG
  38. images to either PBMPlus (&69E), Targa or GIF file formats and also the reverse
  39. process, creation of a JPEG file from the above.  Can be used in conjunction
  40. with either !Translator or !ChangeFSI to display JPEG files.
